Recently, (like last month recently) my dear blogging friend Keri published her first e-book titled Why Just Survive When You Can Thrive: Tips for Thriving This Summer with Your Kids. Keri was nice enough to send me a complimentary e-book and while she wasn’t expecting a review I knew I needed to get the word out as this woman always seems to be in tune to what God may want other women to read or know, especially moms.
This e-book is short (7 chapters) and only takes less than an hour to read and includes some resources on fun activities to do with kids (in the summertime, and rainy days). Scripture and devotions are included at the end of each chapter as well as tips for how moms or women can take care of themselves as well as promote their love and intentions for their children.
There is great advice in this book for women to Thrive with their kids by not only setting up a summer routine and planned activities, but there is a lot of mention of having grace on ourselves as caregivers as sometimes we don’t always do as planned or compare ourselves to other moms. I love the chapters on having grace on ourselves and self-care as this is something caregivers tend to fall short on but it is essential to being the best you can be with children. (psst: I read this e-book while taking care of myself in a nice soaked bubble bath, promoting self-care and enjoying a good book are essentials).
Want to learn more and thrive this summer instead of survive. Keri’s book is on sale in two versions through PDF and Kindle and you can purchase the e-book on sale now for $2.99 by going to this link. The link includes other reviews and an affiliate link for yourself to promote the e-book.
Thank you for supporting my friend Keri. While this e-book was gifted to me I still wanted to support my friend and so I hope you will check her out and find something in her e-book that helps you Thrive this summer with your children.
