If you have been following and reading along then you know my hubby and I are on a scavenger hunt for “the Michael Kors purse” as a Birthday gift from my hubby. His budget is $200, and so far no luck if you read this post here where I checked out a consignment store, and here where we checked out our local Marshalls and TJ Maxx.
My hubby and the babies hit up downtown on Thursday and came upon several nice stores especially a cute boutique called 310 Rosemont. It was here that I found Michael Kors totes, satchels, crossbodys, and wallets that I wouldn’t mind owning- I was in LOVE I tell you, IN LOVE with all of them. I could have gotten a picture with them all (even the Kate Spade and Marc by Marc Jacob purses) but the two young ladies of the store probably thought we were weird already. They were helpful in showing me where I could find MK items, however the bags were above $200. The crossbody in the picture below was an exception, it was $171, and although I loved the little goober it just wasn’t me (I am a big bag lady).
This blue bag, the one on the shelf behind it (white and tan/navy one) and another blue and black bag were among my favorites. They were on my “made me beam through the entire store items.” My hubby saw the price tag on them and immediately said “I want to get one of these for you, you have found what you want” but I reminded him of vacation coming up next month GAH! and how that was generous of him but that he would blow our vacation money on a gorgeous purse was not wise. I reminded him of money saved for the trip and how at this time a purse above $300 almost $400 was not a priority, bless his heart. I love him though, just holding the bags made me giddy.
