Pom pom shorts and a tee

August 19, 2015

IMG_2674Bappy hump day guys! Can you believe it is the middle of week? I can’t wait for Saturday to get here so I can attend my sister in laws baby shower and have a gate night with my hubby.Anyway, if you were here yesterday then you may have seen and read about my bamboo made t-shirt from a tshirt store called ONNO tshirts. If you didn’t get to see the bamboo made tee then you can read about it here (believe me it is the most comfortable tee I have ever owned). The same people of ONNO were nice enough to let me select a hemp made tee as well and with the 11 colors to choose from it made it hard to select just one color, but I choose the black tee here as most of my black shirts were fading or out of style.

The fit of the tee was excellent and while the material feels thicker than the bamboo shirt it still was made of great quality (like the bamboo tee). I say great quality because it isn’t see through or thin like your cheaply made tees, instead the hemp fibers are stronger and even help aid in sunlight protection. SCORE!

I decided to pair this black tee with my pom pom shorts before these shorts retire for the summer. But I can’t wait to style this tee with my fall wardrobe, I am already thinking chambray over a monochromatic black look in the weeks ahead for fall wardrobe highlights.

IMG_2677,Have you worn any hemp made clothing? How do you like to style your tees?

Today I am guest posting over at Tiffany of brighonabudget.com, you can check out the post hereΒ to see how to style polka dot shorts.

Outfit details: Tee: c/o ONNO hemp t-shirt black (same here)//Pom-pom shorts: c/o eShakti (sold out, similar hereΒ and here)//Flip flops: Old Navy (same here in different color)//Bracelet: My Arm Charms “Willow” same hereΒ (use code GARAY to get 20% off your subtotal of $15).

*ONNO t-shirts provided me with this tee in exchange for a review, however all opinions are 100% my own and not that of ONNO t-shirts. The opportunity was selected from WHATSABLOG blogger/brand partnership.

Looks like such a comfy outfit. Hemp made clothing is surprisingly comfortable, isn’t it? I always thought it would be scratchy before I tried.
