Several months to a year ago you would have found me wearing A LOT of blue here on the blog. I don’t know why I fancy wearing blue but lately I have found myself wearing variations of blacks, blues, whites, olive and even pink. I hate that I can’t pin point why but I guess that’s just what stands out most in my wardrobe of blues. Pinks are normally associated with spring and perhaps summer (especially bright pinks) but I am wearing it year round. I thought it would be fun to include some facts about this outfit below other than proclaiming pink for the fall.
1). While I love the color of this dress, it’s not my favorite. Just being honest. It is boxy on the shoulders and see through. To remedy this I have to find ways to layer it and wear a nude body suit underneath.
2). I wore this outfit to church Wednesday night and brought the camera….BUT the camera card was not in it. Instead we had to resort to photos on another day.
3). The two times I did wear this outfit I wore two different pink lipsticks. I am a LipSense lover and couldn’t make up my mind on which color I preferred with the outfit. The color you see here is Aussie Rose. I also wore different accessories each time.
4). I actually paired the kimono and dress together after seeing them side-by-side in my closet. When I am in an outfit rut I like to look in my closet and see what works side-by-side.
There you have it! Four facts about this outfit.
