High Five for Friday

October 2, 2015

Yay for Friday! My what a good week it has been. My hubby is about to start a new job later next week and his current job is paying him to stay at home on resignation pay which is unheard of to me but hey, he gets paid to stay at home, which has been blessing as the kids and I have really enjoyed it. Today I am linking up with my friends again for another High Five for Friday where I highlight some events in the week, so here we go:
If you can’t see my youngest son’s shirt it states “Big Brother”, um yep that’s right. Boy my hubby couldn’t believe it either, he freaked out. However, I later told my hubby it was a joke so HA got you too. But seriously we are praying to have one more in the future, but not right now.

My hubby is HUGE on spicy foods and anything hot sauce and peppers lately so he made his own hot sauce using the above ghost pepper, jalapeno, habernero, red chili, yellow chili, red banquet. Oh boy was it HOT! One teaspoon and my tummy ached for a bit, but it was delicious.

Last Saturday I hung out with my sister Sarah, so the kids, Sarah and I went to Target and had a lot of fun, especially with the costumes.

This post here got a lot of repins and as of the past month has been my highest read post at near 200 views and plus in just 3 days. I love sharing what has worked for me and hope to continue doing more “How to” posts.

Finally, next Wednesday is another “How I Style It” link up, where five other bloggers and myself host a themed outfit link up and next weeks trend highlight is Fall, so link up any fall themed outfit for us to see. Can’t wait!
