Bloggers Who Have Inspired Me Link up & and your opinion

June 9, 2015

Welcome to another “Bloggers Who Have Inspired Me” link up today. I want to thank those that entered last week as we had 68 link up. YAY! Now onto needing your opinion. I always e-mail those who have linked up with a reminder of the time for this particular link up and while I have been starting the link up at 7 am EST I wanted to know if you all preferred that time or earlier (like 12 am EST or 1 am EST). I know I have a few international readers and linkers so I would like to know your thoughts. Do I keep the link up going Live at 7 am EST or the other times mentioned above?
Thanks for your help in this area as I want to allow some of you to begin as early as possible. You can leave me a comment with your opinion.

For todays link up I am excited to introduce to you my co-host for the week Maria of Notfancy, Just Life. Be sure to read her bio below and visit her page and follow her. Maria and I have collaborated along with Ada this past month on Spring trends and I have appreciated Maria’s open and laid back personality throughout knowing her from blog world this past year or more. She and her husband are expecting their first baby too. Congratulations Maria!!!

Now onto the link up and this weeks featured five ladies: ***Note, while this link up has become quite the fashion link up, occassionally I like to feature posts outside of fashion and outfits. So while there were many fashion links I LOVED I also want to stay true to this link up and post other genres as well. You ALL inspire me though!***

The Laundry Room Supermodel Tee

The Laundry Room Supermodel Tee

Nikki linked up several lovely looks that it was hard to choose which one was my favorite as she has some lovely outfits almost always. I think what sold me on this look was her pointed striped flats (shoes I have had on my wishlist) and this tee (I LOVED these supermodels, especially Claudia because Claudia dated David Cooperfield the magician forever and as I child I loved both of them). I was inspired by Nikki’s effortless yet casual chic look. Check out her post here.

Tiffany shows off a LBD with a BANG! I was inspired by the fact that while I don’t think I have seen Tiffany style anything black I was impressed and thought she looked rather gorgeous. Tiffany normally styles bright colors, so her added neon pink clutch to stay true to her style was a cute addition. Check out her LBD look here.

Sarah has been blogging about her month of picking only a limited number of clothes from her wardrobe and finding new ways to style them, a challenge she choose to do by a God given thought to see if she would come out being more thankful for the clothes she had and more. I was SO inspired by her results and the biblical principles she came to learn and realize through this challenge. I have seen God bless this young woman turned new blogging friend through this and I am so excited for her. You can view her challenge thoughts here.

Jennie redid a microwave cart and turned it into this lovely green coffee bar. Check out her process here. I was inspired to think outside the box of buying new furniture and instead how to re-purpose it or remodel it like she did here.

Whitney created a list that works well for her on staying motivated, whether with blogging, work and blogging life as well as in the area of growth in general. You can view her tips in depth here.

Either time would be fine for me. Thanks so much for featuring me! Your kind words and feature mean the world to me. They made my day! Thank you very much!

Yes I think it would be best to start the link up earlier. I am already at work by 7am so sometimes I dont have time to come back and link up. I love to spend a bit of time early in the AM checking my favorite blogs for the day(: I loved the super models of the 80s and 90s too. There are so many now that I have no clue who any of them are! Thanks for the link up! Susan

I think either time is fine! I always schedule my blog posts at 12am, just to save some hassle and to open it up to other bloggers who are in other countries. I always love following along, so either time is fine with me! Loved checking out all the looks, I really loved that first one with the tee and ripped denim. I may need to get that tee!

A little earlier works better for me. Sometimes I cannot always get back, or forget, if I don’t link up first thing in the morning. Thank you for the feature this week – you are so sweet! Glad you like my little coffee station – it certainly is a favorite gathering spot and so handy!

Adore that super-model tee! Now I must track it down…

  • Carrie @ Curly Crafty Mom June 9, 2015 at 3:14 pm

I would prefer 12 AM or an evening time, because most days I only have time to link up in the early morning before I get going with the kids or in the evening after they are in bed. Thanks for asking and for the wonderful link up!
