$10 Budget at Target + a giveaway for 6 gift cards to Target

February 22, 2016

Today I have joined my good friend Becky and a few other bloggers for a blog hop where we buy “fun” or “splurge” items at Target with a budget of $10 for the month of January (see my November , December  and January $10 Budget at Target posts also). This does not include Starbucks, groceries needed or meals but rather items we consider fun or perhaps had on our wishlists.

$10Target (1)

Before I show you what I purchased I must convey a few things. First of all, everything I bought here I actually needed (but in a fun, cheap way).  Secondly I did not save the receipts or take photos of the receipts so you will just have to trust me that the products are the price that they are.  I love Target that much so I didn’t buy these items all together.

Ready to see what I bought?

I have had my eye on a white faux fur vest for my little 2 year old Elizabeth, originally $16, but it was on clearance for $4.80 so I got it and she loves it!!!

Next our Nevaeh recently turned 7 so I bought her two packs for these 15 count balloons that were $1.50 each so $3 total.

To assist with pumping air in the balloons I got a $3 balloon air pumper. We blew up the balloons and threw her a surprise when she came home from school on the day of her Birthday. She walked home to a room full of balloons and a Birthday sign, later surprise guests and her first sleepover.

SO in total I spent around .80 cents over on items at Target this round. It was a lot of fun!

Now below the other hosts and myself are doing a $10 at Target link up for your budgeted Target posts along with a giveaway for 6 $10 giftcards for 6 winners! WOOOHOO! Goodluck!

That balloon pump is a good idea. I have one, but my husband is still faster at blowing up balloons. He’s got freaky lung abilities apparently.

The balloon pump is GENIUS. I need that!!! I’m totally looking for that the next time I’m at Target. I like to blow up balloons as a surprise on the morning of Mason’s birthday and last year I blew them all up on my own and almost passed out lol. $3 well spent!
